Terms & Conditions of Sale

ADVICE - is given and information supplied in good faith but we accept no liability to any party for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any errors or inaccuracies in   information given herein, verbally or written.

AVAILABILITY - Goods and services are offered subject to availability and to crop.

PRICES - All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice but we will not despatch goods until we have agreed a price with you. Prices include VAT where appropriate. Carriage is additional . See section on Carriage Charges.

LIABILITY - Our liability to pay compensation or damages for any breach is limited to a maximum of the invoiced value of the goods, plants, trees or services at the date of sale.

PAYMENT - Orders are taken on the understanding that we charge your account at the time the order is taken even though it may not be possible to supply the order until a later date.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT- No responsibility can be accepted by us for goods damaged in transit or left by the carrier, at your instructions,  if you are not in to receive the goods.
